I have the fastest Internet possible offered in the United States and I get kicked off line sometimes every 30 seconds ridiculous

There is a complete lack of customer service for issues that arise in this game.

I love the game Ive spent hours at a time builder my empire, but I have a few problems. There needs to be a way to get gold for free and second a way to change regions. Im in 25 my buddy is in 22
