The new update will load the app but then game is dark and will not let you click the screen and stays at first screen.

It just sits on the main screen. I left it for 2 hours and it didnt load

Dont bother playing this game. By the time you get to a level where it could be considered fun you start getting constantly attacked by other players. This causes you to lose EVERYTHING. All of your troops, all of your defenses and all of your resources. You are now gimped for the 24 hours it takes to heal all of your troops, which means no scavenging. Then when you finally get all of your troops healed you are attacked again and back to square 1. Sure you can purchase shields for a temporary reprieve, but those only last long enough for you to gather enough resources to look like a good target to attack. Basically you spend time farming resources for other players. There is no level cap to who can attack you so you never even stand a chance. And it is not like I dont spend money, but whereas in other games $20 here and there will get you a lot, in this game you need to spend that a day just to be able to survive long enough for this to be mildly entertaining. Seriously, save your time and money for another game. You have been warned.

Love playing this game really interesting

Email after email, then when they dont know, they dont respond, games cost $$ to build up power, new players its almost impossible to get high enough to stay from being attacked

Love the game ember needs to work on there costumer service. They want your money but wont help you fix your problem with the game . One email answers dont cut it for me.

If you dont plan on spending money, this game will take years before you can be competitive. Players spend thousands on speedup packs and grow to a level no one can compete with. Those that invest, its putting your investment vs the other players. There is very little that you can buy that stays safe. The value of the packs you purchase will be neutralized by those spending a lot more. There is very little long term value in investing if you dont plan on dropping a few grand on this game.

They need to fix the problems in the game. If you try to email Ember from the game you instantly get kicked from the game. The game has been hacked and they need to fix the issues. If you attack players on tiles you get kicked from the game. You have wasted ports and infected leaders. I have tried to let them know about this for weeks on the Facebook page and nothing has been done. They have not allowed a way to make the new troops for weeks. They have constant server shut downs. The compensations when they do give them are laughable. Yet they still talk about more merges and they still have not fixed all the game glitches or solved the current problems. REGION 6 PLAYERS ARE still waiting for the merge months later!!!!! Players get are tired and very frustrated that Ember seems to not doing enough to solve the problems. Many just quit.

Slow Customer Service and money is required for advancement! Servers are inaccurate on ratios! Events are all money driven. Its really become no fun because of all the money driven events!

Im trying to download the app. But its not working. After going halfway through it suddenly stops. Please fix it. I want to play this game badly.

Good cocept, nice looks. A lot like many others, with great execution. Pretty enjoyable and addictive. Teleporting allowed old accounts into new regions, destroying any strategy value. Hopefully banned in a next version.

Hands off. great danger that one loses his money. Accounts can be hacked and set to zero. Ember does not respond to mails. 6 Mails from me and no reply. They dont care the small customer.

I thought the Trailer was really cool und i really looked forward to play the Game. However I cant even open the App!!!

First I thinks that the game Sucks but when I played it, It was sooo Nice and it dont get Boring!
