Get game at your own risk

I got started and I got to cc13 in R17. I logged on today to the tutorial and now Im a cc1 in R25. I asked for help from the people in global and all they tell me to do is give them my bank information and social security codes. When I go to contact Ember it pulls up "Create a google account". I have spent money on this game and I highly regret it now. I suggest you do not get this game, and if you do, dont buy anything.
